Kiasu

Nothing much to blog.

Went BP Plaza for the midnight sales.

Found that kampong residents are damn kiasu.

They actually flooded the whole shopping complex!

First floor = Can't walk fast, or else you'll bang into a wall or those kiasu aunties and uncles who are moving so fast as if there's someone behind them chasing them with a chopper.

Second floor = Full of people squeezing near the lifts till there's no space to move towards it! And at the other end. Kiasu shoppers are queuing up for the $10 electric rice cooker. When the rice cooker is only $19.90 yet now you had to spend $100 and pay another $10 for it. Worth?

Third floor = People are lining up at the corrider to exchange $1 drinks till you had to say excuse me to move past the long queue that goes around the whole shopping complex one whole round.

Fourth floor = This is the most peaceful level where you can move easily, freely and won't have kids screaming or balloons bursting. This is the level where the new Sambawang Music Center is. Large collection of albums here and you'll feel as if you are in HMV now.

Shopped for two hours and $80 flew out of my pocket. Spending on skin treatment, tonics, essence of fish and chicken etc. Imagine dragging 4 bags home.

Gosh.

That's the reason why I don't like to go out. I'm sure that I'll spend money either on myself or on my family.

Heart pain.

ZzZzZz..
